Combining early experience in large-scale stage productions, formal music training, a role at the Arts Council of England, and early leadership in classical Video on Demand, Peter Puskás founded PUSKAS INTERNATIONAL in 2012 to support artists and develop projects that unite artistic excellence with cultural relevance.

Rooted in a deep understanding of both the artistic process and institutional ecosystems, the agency collaborates with leading partners including the Vienna State Opera, Royal Academy of Music, Oxford University, the Austrian National Library, Universal Edition, Boosey & Hawkes, and a range of international festivals, orchestras, and labels.

PUSKAS INTERNATIONAL is known for developing artist-focused initiatives, festivals, international tours, digital projects, score and CD editions, exhibitions, and symposia, often engaging with institutions to create programs that honour musical heritage while speaking to contemporary audiences.

In 2023, Peter Puskás expanded the scope of his activities with the creation of Puskás & Puskás Stage Media Productions, a Vienna-based production company. Recent work includes a documentary on Brigitte Fassbaender and partnerships with the Municipality of Vienna and the IMZ to bring the Rathausplatz Film Festival to new cities internationally.

Peter Puskás also serves in an advisory capacity to various European festivals and organisations, and is a board member of English Touring Opera and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
